Bring a Table or Tent

If you would like to set up either a table or a tent at Mannequin Night, an application and a $75 fee is required. Follow our step-by-step instructions to bring your table or tent to Mannequin Night!

If you plan to serve hot food items or items not individually packaged for consumption, you must register as a food truck.

Instructions for Tables or Tents

Mail in both forms and $75

Start 4-6 weeks prior

Deadline: September 16

Place the following requirements in a sealed envelope:

  1. Completed Vendor Application form

  2. Completed Hold Harmless form (this form must be notarized)

    • This is a liability waiver for the City of Paris, TX. 

    • See our FAQs section about free or low-cost notary options!

  3. $75 application fee (cash or check)

Instructions for Food Trucks

STEP 1

Register with the City of Paris, TX and Pass Health Inspection

Food trucks must be registered with the city of Paris, TX and undergo a health inspection. Start the process by clicking the link below:​

CITY REGISTRATION

Start 3-6 months prior

Deadline: September 16

STEP 2

Start 4-6 weeks prior

Deadline: September 16

Complete and gather all the application requirements below:

  1. Completed Food Truck Application form

  2. Completed Hold Harmless form (this form must be notarized)

    • This is a liability waiver for the City of Paris, TX. 

    • See our FAQs section about free or low-cost notary options!

  3. $75 application fee (cash or check)

  4. Copy of Menu with Prices

  5. Certificate of Liability Insurance

  6. Copies of permits and licenses

  7. Mobile Food Unit Permit on file with the City of Paris

  8. A picture of your electrical plug connection

FAQs

DO I NEED TO REGISTER WITH THE CITY OF PARIS IN ORDER TO PARTICIPATE AS A VENDOR? In order to serve hot food items or items not individually packaged for consumption, you must register as a food truck. Once registered, you may participate in all downtown festivals. Vendors that are not required to obtain a food handlers license do not have to register with the City of Paris.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO BECOME A VENDOR? A non-refundable $75 fee covers the paperwork and space for each vendor. Due to city ordinance, electrical plugs are NOT available, so be prepared to bring a generator if you will need electricity. Food Trucks must be self-contained.

WHAT IS THE DEADLINE FOR SIGNING UP AS A FOOD TRUCK OR VENDOR? We ask that you sign up and complete all forms and pay all fees no later than September 16.

IF I SUBMIT ALL THE REQUIREMENTS AND PAY THE APPLICATION FEE, AM I GUARANTEED A SPOT? If you submit all required forms and details as well as the $75 vendor fee by September 16, we will have a spot for your business at Mannequin Night. Our event grows larger and more popular every year. We plan for growth to ensure that our vendors have the space they need. If, in the future, vendor spaces do run out, we will assign spaces in the order in which applications were received.

WHERE CAN I FIND A PUBLIC NOTARY IN ORDER TO COMPLETE THE VENDOR FORM? All banks and courthouses have public notaries. Archer Construction which is located at 1161 Clarksville Street, Paris, TX 75460 has generously offered to notarize any forms for Mannequin Night,. You can find them just west of A Piece of Cake Bakery.
